Nice. Best of luck. Yesterday started my cut week. I am doing one week dieting, one week maintenance. On cut weeks, all I am doing is reducing carbs, keeping protein at 1-1.2g/lb, fiber around 25g and fats around 80-100g. Maintenance weeks at 2500-2600/day, cut weeks at 1900-2100/day.

Even with 1/3 cup of rice, i am still only hitting 90g of carb today! I call that a win! Spicy ahi tuna bowl.

I agree, your transformation is amazing. Hate is a self reflection. They can't do the work themselves and are jealous of what you have achieved.
