Well, it really depends on what you want...both are EXTREMELY intense. I've done 2 round of P90X and am on my 1st round of Turbo Fire...none of them are a walk in the park! On P90X there is a lot more weight lifting which is awesome, and Turbo Fire is a lot more concentrated on HARD core cardio! The cardio on P90X is not…

I agree 100%...but the reason we exercise of course is in first place to be healthy but the bonus that MFP user's have is that we control the compensation factor by controlling the calories. I would agree to this article for people who just go to the gym but have no control whatsoever on what they eat. Thanks for posting!

Im on my second round of P90X and totally love it...it seems intimidating and you think you can't do it, but it is amazing to see how far your body can actually go! I would really give it a shot if I were you... P90X is 6 days a week with workouts from 1 hour to 1:30h (only Yoga is that long). Good luck!

Im a vegetarian and I get great protein from just eating: - Protein shakes (31g) - Protein bars (28g) - Lentils (9g per serving) - Black Beans (6g per serving) - Chickpeas - Eggs - Tofu (10g per serving) - Textuarized Soy (20g per serving!!) Good luck in your changes!
