Hi P90X'rs, Im finishing the 1st phase of P90X on friday and am so glad because I REALLY have a hard time keeping up with so much protein. I was wondering, the nutrition guide doesn't say...what are the percentages of protein/carbs/fat for the 2nd phase? BRING IT!!!
