Hi guys!
So I used my HRM for the first time to day doing Core Synergistics from P90X and I am having a very hard time calculating the calories since it doesn't show me that on this watch.
Could you guys help me??
-24 years old = 196 maximum heart rate
-Spent the first 10 and last 10 minutes of the exercise with 120 rpm
- 40 minutes of exercise with 160-175rpm
How do I calculate that...please teach me!

Did the watch tell you the average BPM for the workout?
I use this website to estimate calories burned:
http://www.triathlontrainingblog.com/calculators/calories-burned-calculator-based-on-average-heart-rate/
Then I subtract my BMR for that time period. My BMR for a day is 2400, so I would subtract 100 per hour.0
