I have had a very bad week. I have had finals all week and have been stressing and I had a few frappucinos. :( Im very disappointed in myself and did not lose as much as I had anticipated but I am determined to go harder next week and not give into temptation.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and appreciation. I am just so happy that so many people decided to join on this journey. :) I have also updated my weight as of this morning and my new goal for August. Lets crush these goals!!! :)

I felt the same way. I have been ashamed of myself and mad that I have let myself get so far off track. We have made the first step to our healthy lifestyle and watching the number on the scale go down will be so rewarding along with the benefits and changes our body will make.
