Man...its been a rough few week. I was so excited to start running and did it a few time and surprisingly my body felt good after it. No major leg pain. Weigh-in day and I was hoping for more on the scale, so instead I will focus on non-scale stuff. June 3: 236.4Lb June 10: 237.8lbs (+1.4) This one hurts since I have been diligently logging, and things seem to indicate I am on the right track. But the scale just seems to like 237. I have been stuck at this weight since…

Guys I did something pretty fabulous yesterday. I started running again! ok it was super slow and I maybe only truly ran for like 6-7 mins in total, BUT I did it! I have to take it slow as to not injure myself. Recovery will be even more important as I am prone to tight leg muscles (pick one its probably problematic ). I…

I was feeling down on myself cause I only thought I lost 0.4 this week instead of the 1.2lbs I actually lost. as I was contemplating the 0.4lbs I first got down on myself but then I said "no" I am not going to self sabotage and forgot all the work I did this week. I ate much better and brought my lunch 4/5 weekdays (a…

Weekly weigh-in: I have to admit I was expecting a gain after a terrible week of eating. But I tried to be aware and tried to balance when I could, so guess I did something right as I didn't gain. Even lost a itsy-bitsy bit. This week, I need to do better at tracking. Nov 27: 239.6 (December starting weight) Dec 4: 239.2…
