You surly would ,you did it before I know you can do it again, just remain in MFP and you will get all the motivation you need, you can friend me it you like, am here every day and I bug my friends if they don't log in for more than 2 days.

Hi am Hauwa , I'm from Nigeria, Am 40 ,joined MFP awhile ago but became serious 3weeks ago. Weighed 326 lbs , was having a lot of back aches, swollen legs and then I got this shape pain in my chest twice, I told myself it was time to do something about me, and here I am.

Hi, am 40 and I do 30 - 40mins cardio and 15mins strength training 6times a week

Couldn't climb the stairs without panting for breath, when I go up stairs I won't want to come down, and when I go out and come back in I don't go up until am ready for bed, with lots of back aches and swollen feet and had two shape pains in my chest, slowly I couldn't fit into my cloths, even the new ones I got this…
