Second day on myfitness pal

Hello all :)
I hope tracking will help in my fitness goals. Keeping a tab in my head has not been working lately, so the app on my phone will be nice.
I'm off to walk a few miles...pigged out last night and feel terrible today about it.
Started OA last week...need to keep reading the OA book.
I sure hope oneday this all becomes a healthier ingrained habit and not so much of a struggle every day.:flowerforyou:

    This is a great place to be! Just like anything you do in life changing your lifestyle to include healthier habits will take practice. You know what they say: practice makes permanance! Just take baby steps in the direction you want to go and eventually it will be easier for you.
