11/1 4.71 miles 11/2 no run—elliptical for an hour though! 11/3 5.27 miles — lake path. here are a couple of pictures! 11/4 no run--elliptical for an hour. 11/5 4 miles--nice run, but my left calf decided to go crazy today for some reason! I did finish my run, although the last mile was painful, like a cramp, but not fully…

@kareF that looks really painful. speedy recovery! My calf was in pain for a couple of days and even though I wanted to run so bad today, I thought I will be doing a mile or two before the pain is too much. But what do you know, 7 miles in and I had to stop even though I felt I could have kept going forever. 11/1 4.71…

@skippygirlsmom @karef and @ddmom0811 thanks. i cannot agree with you more: they are beautiful and adorable kids :) boy is almost 8 (on Friday) and girl is 4! I ran along the lake path today. What a beautiful sunny, 73 degrees day. If it were not for the worry of global warming haunting me today, I would have had such a…

@virkati i see, i guess mfp takes away "bad" words and places asterisks instead. the word instead of the ***** is A S S
-
@7lenny7 thanks for the tips. @virkati i just checked it and you're right it does not load, but then, being a smart-***-techy :) i looked at the url and saw a few ****** there, i thought, hmm, what could those be, let me try putting "*kitten*" instead of the asterisks and it worked believe it or not :) this is the URL:…

@karef the story about the dog bites you had is awful. i agree with you, since who is right or wrong does not matter once we get bit, it probably is better to just avoid the dogs by a long distance! @Ohhim the goal and the training is so impressive. good luck with that.

In for 85 miles!
-
@kristinegift you’re almost there for a 220-mile-month. Amazing! @Ohhim i just don’t know how you’re able to do all this running (and biking), but will watch and learn :) @Marissaxzxzxz congrats on completing your goal! well done! @patrikc333 that incident with the car is really scary. something like that happened to me…

@7lenny7 excellent time. good luck on your HM. And, on the support of this group and how motivating it is, I cannot say enough. I would not have been here without that. I was so lucky to know about this group from the very beginning of my running—it’s been absolutely essential. Thank you @Stoshew71 @patrikc333 beautiful…

It just got so busy so fast. But, I was able to squeeze in a run today. I was really happy to have done it. Now have to go tend to the 7 and 4 year…

If you're in Denver, CO and would like to meet up for a coffee or a drink Nov 11-15, PM me. I will be there for a meeting, but would love to get together with anyone from this group, understanding time constraints of course. Maybe even a slow run, because why not? :)

That is absolutely awesome. What a great run! Congratulations!

everybody is doing so awesome. and those long runs. amazing. @Stoshew71 what an amazing run, if only because you can eat those 3000 calories. Ah, the things I would love to eat having so many calories to spare! Runners: what is your resting heart rate? Does it get very low? How low?
-
@9voice9 hey, i wasn’t actually joking. i had that on my mind for a while (am a real novice runner!) and since the women asked their sports bra question, i thought i should ask mine! thanks though for the information, very helpful @juliet3455 @skippygirlsmom @Stoshew71 thanks for the links and info. absolutely, very…
