i workout 5 to 6 days a week no little than 45 mins each day. i have cut out white bread in my diet (almost all bread) and no sodas at all (never did drink them). Only drink water and maybe a coffee every now and then.

salads no coffee no (maybe i should try black) I know i dont get enough fats.. i'm scared to take ex-lax THE PAIN THE PAIN lol

i guess i should since my whole body is breaking down now but i didn't think i needed to go to the dr because i could go when i was eating more. I just thought it was something i wasn't eating. i really don't know what to think anymore ;-(

checking in weight today 182.0 Name: Tongela (tmogs) Height: 5'5 Age: 30 SW: 203 lbs December 6 weight : 184 lbs December 13 weight: 183.4 CW (monday 20Dec): 182.0 GW: 164 lbs before TOM scale said 180.2 so hopfully next week i will be in the 170's yay

I'm going to continue to weight myself daily, lifestyle change for me.... there's no breaks in life, so there's not breaks with this as well for me.:glasses:
