Just had to add my 2 cents!! I LOVE TURBO FIRE!! I'm on week two and its so great i already can tell the routines are getting easier (meaning i can remember them) and i absolutely love this workout!

ah ha good info good info THANKS GUYS I just say this on my facebook from nordic track and started to wonder NordicTrack Hooked on protein? It's a waste to ingest too much-- the excess amino acids are either secreted as waste or converted into carbs & stored.

When you get too much is that when you get gassy (sorry for TMI) or is that something normal with protein comsumption? Just trying to know the signs.

Okay just making sure because i'm going over my protein everyday and working out and eating right. I guess i need to stop comparing what my other MFP friends are losing each day. I drink shakeology in the mornings.

Funny that you posted about this. today was my first day doint 30 day shred and i found a problem logging in as well but i found this website where you put your lbs in and how long you do the exercise and it gives you how many calories you burned. (MFP wasn't adding the calories when i tried to create an exercise on here)…

www.food.com (i've been a member for years) has alot of recipes and it's a free (if you chose) site. They have a category for low calorie meals.

It's a shake that has alot of benefits for you. Its my first day so i can't really speak on everything its suppose to do but i can let you know at the end of the week how it's feeling.
