Sugar is a addiction its the first thing we taste as babies.. so yea its like a drug. People who are addicted to suagr and try to quit cold turkey go through simlair withdrawals as other addicts. I know its hard i have a difficult time saying no to sweets..

Sadly i workout at my friends house. but shes a great workout buddy. I was afraid i was over working it.. Could Yoga help on the off days? I was also thinking of starting swimming to workout my body but also give my joint a rest. we do 15 Dr Oz insanity workout then 40 of low impact arobics which include jumping jacks…

Thank you everyone for your support! I do feel better and understand a bit more! I"m going to try and jog 20 mions morning and night and maybe some yoga too! Big plus!! I finally fit into my new Lululemon Hoddie!!
