thanks ladies. thats what i heard aboutRI30 so am hoping it will be better. i just bought a kettle bell. i have a week long trip coming up in 2weeks so am going to alternate running 2miles in 30mins and working out with the kettle bell then i'll do RI30 in march. Did you ever have cheat days or days u ate more than your recommended calories? i'm on 1200cals a day but about 2-3 days a week, i eat 200more calories.

Thanks guys for the replies. Sounds like everyone is against the diet. Since am already 4days into it I think I'll finish up this week on the diet and have it jumpstart my weightloss. But thanks guys for the replies- I really appreciate it.

just found this recepe yesterday and made it this morning, then for snacks this afternoon. its delish! not too filing though but for the low cal, easy to make, no processed food recipe, its an A+ and has been added to my go to.

pictures are worth a 1000 words. 8lbs doesn't seem like much but then you see the pics and its amazing. lost a lot of inches. way to go.
