  • I have hit a plateau too for the last two weeks. I have been measuring and following the recomended calorie intake on my MFP and working out 5-6 tmes a week doing Insanity. Is there something else I can be doing.? what do you mean by NET calories?
  • I workout during my children's naptime, so around 2-3 pm. It is long enough after lunch that I dont feel weighed down or tired, but still early enough that I still have some energy. In do run into problems though if I cant get them to sleep at the same time....
