Do you do cut/bulk phases? I dont cut my calories back much but i drop my carbs to under 100g & bootst the protein up a notch.

Not familiar with the Agile 8 warup....i gotta do some googling. pretty solid workout there. I need to find a way to work deadlifts back into my routine. They disappeared after a back injury a few years ago.

Okay good!!! Glad I'm not the only one!! I said "shot" but I do mix it with about 8oz of warm water and sometimes a little honey. Thanks for the replies! Now I feel less strange lol.
