I have a lower calorie goal too and my diary is open. So you could look through that to get ideas. Since I've been on the lower calorie goal I seem to each more snacks and less at meals - pretty much 5 small meals a day. Hope that helps!

I have a simple protein shake for breakfast almost every day on the way to work. 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, and some ice in the blender. It has worked out really well for me and keeps my calories low so lunch and supper can be a bitter larger.

Hi - I have an almost 1 and almost 4 year old. I'm back down to my pre-pregnancy weight from my 1 year old but not the 4 year old. Then I still have a ways to go to get down to where I was when we got married. Then I have even further. Feel free to add me as a friend! We can all use all the support we can get.
