Usually anything that comes through a drive thru window, especially Taco Bell...youch my body yells at me for that.

Really depends on your goals and resolutions. In most cases, if it is within your numbers, it's fine (as long as it isn't junk repeatedly). But there are some exceptions. I resolved to give up pop so, while having a diet soda would be perfectly acceptable within my numbers, having one would be cheating for me.

Yep, you are definitely not netting enough calories and your sodium is consistently way too high. Try raising your calories and lowering your sodium and you should see results

I'm just eating lots of healthy whole foods, bc. Eating every couple of hours to keep my metabolism firing. Getting more active by walking or swimming or just stretching. The "Eat more to weigh less" approach really works. Oh...and cut out all fluids except straight water.

Lol in my second week I went to Disney World for a week with all food paid for for me. I still behaved, not a bite of junk food passed my lips. If I can do it you can!

Can't see your diary so I can't really give advise from that perspective. Maybe try eating smaller meals more often throughout the day and try to stay away from sweet foods that will make you hungry?

If you don't want the surgery, don't do it!. You can lose 100 pounds by June next year no problem. Heck, I've lost almost 45 in two months. Gastric bypass is great for some but it is a very tough recovery. If you don't really want it I'm sure you can do it yourself with a little support from your friends.

For snacks? Fruit is sweet and has sugar but they are the good kind of sugars so they can help a sweet tooth. My go to snacks are always yogurt, cottage cheese, unsalted nuts (almonds for me), special k cracker chips if you need that munch, or low fat butter flavoured microwave popcorn.
