340 for breakfast is fine! Mine usually range from 300-500 on average. I suggest working something small and chocolate into your daily cals....it sounds like you really need it and if you don't have it you could binge. There is nothing wrong with eating any type of food, its just about moderation1

I only ate out once last week and I made sure that it was a healthy choice! The next couple weeks are going to be crazy for me as school is quickly coming to an end and exams are starting. I have 4 exams in a row (one each day), a weekend off and then a final exam on a Monday. I just want to try and keep at my calorie…

I plan on having a great week as there is no real school work due (just finished 3 weeks of midterms and practicals, so the last few weeks I felt like I was dying lol). My goals: Do something active every day (Walk, 30 Day Shred, Archery or Zumba) Stay on top of homework so I can keep up with my exercise. Try not to eat…

Hey! Welcome :) For scales, I can't really recommend a specific one. I would recommend one that is digital and gives you your approximate body fat percentage. You really don't need one with too many gimmicks on it!

Thank you, but I can only take credit for the colours. The spreadsheet is one I have seen used for a few different MFP groups. I just edited to work best for us!
-
Thanks for pointing it out! It should be fixed now, I put it as "Anyone can edit"
-
Sure! Do what ever works best for you. I'll add your stuff to the spread sheet as well

Name: Tristan Height: 5'5.5" Weight: 165lbs Goal Weight: 153lbs NSVs: For my pants to fit better! Interesting fact about you: I coach archery and enjoy belly dancing! Currently, I am a student in a medical related field. School is stressful, which makes me binge! I am looking forward to progressing with all of you
-
Sorry, where is the spreadsheet? Haha, I can't find it.
-
No eating out this week. I just got back to school 2 weeks ago and I tend to eat out for the first few weeks.
-
I am at 163 lbs and my goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Hopefully that will put me between 149-156 lbs. My NSV is to be happy in my costume :)

I just booked my hotel for my next convention. Currently working on losing and using my Nightingale cosplay from Skyrim as motivation :) I am also a gamer geek! I would love some like minded new friends XD
-
Hey! I'm also looking to lose 30 lbs :) I will send you a friend request.
-
Awesome progress!
-
My friends list has dropped down to 1 person who is being active! In need of friends :)

For those of you who love zombies, there is a C25K called "Zombies Run!". It incorporates you into the storyline of a zombie apocalypse and uses the music on your phone/whatever while you are running just like the C25K app you are mentioning! I am restarting today :)

Cosplaying is awesome and a great motivation for weight-loss from what I find! My first cosplay was at Anime North in 2013 and I was unhappy with the pictures. |t prompted me to lose 20 lbs (from 155 to 135 at 5'5"). I am back to 138 lbs and want to get to 130 lbs BEFORE I finish my Nightingale cosplay from Skyrim....it…

I love Zombies, Run! I am doing the c25k version offered by Zombies, Run! I won't spoil anything, but I find that I talk out loud when I use the app. "No! Sam, it's ok!" etc. Lol
-
Zombies, Run also has an App which trains you to go from never running to a 5K (essentially, exactly like C25K but with zombies and an awesome story!). I've run two missions in a day, instead of one sometimes because I get caught up in the story!
-
You both are doing awesome! I was frustrated for the last 2 weeks as It seemed like all my progress reversed, but as of today I am 134 lbs! Which is 21.5 lbs done from when I started, so the progress has started back up again :) I want to start getting more active with regards to cardio as well. I prefer running outside,…

I'm still here! There are still people who post when having problems like plateaus (and get great responses) and many of us still do the weekly weigh in :) We may not post much, but who knows that could change. I like this group because of the positivity.

Week 1: 137 lbs Week 2: 140 lbs Week 3: 135 lbs Yes for progress! Was my (TOM) last week and still lost XD

Last week: 137 lbs This week: 140 lbs I am not happy about being back in the 140's, but I have slacked off. It is also my TOM, so I will have to wait for next week to see if this has any bearing. Yesterday was also my 25th birthday and I enjoyed dinner out with my mom and brother. I ate my dinner AND an appetizer (pretty…

I love cosplaying! I am going to Anime North (Toronto) this year as Sheik from SSBB! AN last year was one of the reasons I started to lose weight.

That sucks. However, did they constantly offer you junk food before you started your healthy change? If so, it is possible it doesn't cross their minds when they do or they do not want to leave you out by not offering. Eating healthy does not mean you can't have a treat once and a while, right? If the scale has magically…

Hey! My name's Tristan :) I'm a runner who is aiming to lose about 10 to 15 lbs as well (already lost 20 lbs) and I am also going to work on toning up this year. Feel free to add me!
