I drink a lot of water and decaf tea. Doing a short yoga session when the urge to eat hits helps too, brings me back to mindful behavior.

I think if what you are after is a true lifestyle change then it would be wise tobegin the weening process and really focus on sticking to it. Whether it be high fructose syrup or Aspartame ..should either of those really be in your body? We can make excuses and say we will flush it out with water, or we will put in extra…

I go to the gym late at night. Mostly cuz that's the time I have bu it really helps with the scary muscley guys on the weights.

Beer I had my baby I hardly ever got bloated around that time. Now I can gain up to 8llbs. 8llbs!! I stopped weighing myself and stick to nice flowey dresses. Truly sucks.

Early morning just doesn't work for me. Once I start to sleep, it's hard to get me up. As it is my 2yo son wakes me up early enough. So, I do the late night thing. Sometimes I'm at the gym as late as midnight. Its been working out great for me and I get the gym to myself :)

I felt really alone for a long while. Honestly, I didn't even know that binge eating was a real problem, but, it is, and, more importantly, your not alone. There are a lot if great people on here to help you through the tough times. Stay focused and guilt free. Knowing is half the battle :)

Thanks for posting your dilemma, but, mostly thanks for everyone who has posted. A lot of good stuff in this thread. I think you would do well with experimenting until u hit the stride you desire. Weight loss does take time and part of that time is in finding what works for you. So, don't give up. If you keep an open mind…
