I have a cheat day, that's the day I have some nice dessert. I eat sweets daily but they are fruits so they don't really qualify for sweets even though they taste that way.

I don't really do cheat days....if I want candy or cake I eat it. I do use the small snack size candy 80 calories each but not daily. If I want cake I get a cupcake and half it and freeze the other half for another time. If I am going to have something like that or pizza, I make sure I do enough exercise to cover the…

Have a bowl of oatmeal with turkey sausage crumbled up in it. Stays with me for hours. I use 1/4 cup sugar free syrup to sweeten the oatmeal, 1 tablespoon shedds spread and 2 patties of Old Folks turkey sausage . It will keep you feeling full. It's only 350 cal.

Yes to all of the above...it is only 2 days old.....and it is the 4th HRM I've had over the last 25yrs, it should have performed as expected.

I gained about 30 when I quit, didn't try to lose until recently. Have lost 15 so far, half down, half to go. I really have to watch my eating. Everything tastes so much better now that I have my taste buds back. Good luck to all you new quitters, some days will be ok, some hard.

It should look like you're going to sit in a chair. If you need to..use a chair to get the correct feel.
