I "cheated" on my birthday by eating more than I should to LOSE weight but not more calories than I burned that day. I'll likely do it again around the holidays.
A few years back, I was successful keeping my weight down by just logging EVERYTHING -- even when I'm eating more than I would normally.0 -
I don't really do cheat days....if I want candy or cake I eat it. I do use the small snack size candy 80 calories each but not daily. If I want cake I get a cupcake and half it and freeze the other half for another time. If I am going to have something like that or pizza, I make sure I do enough exercise to cover the calorie intake. Basically I haven't cut anything out of my diet, just eating in moderation. Since May 29 have lost 27lbs and plan to keep losing.0
