I have lost 30lbs since the end of september. Im down 1 1/2 pants sizes. I think the most important accomplishment ive got is that i truly can say i love myself again. Im far from done but a work in progress. 2011 is going to be all about me. Im going to be my first priorty. 22 more lbs to my second mini-goal.

Keep your head high. Life can sometimes deal out more than we think we can handle, but you will pull through. I use craiglist and careerbuilder.com to search for new jobs. Vitatops are the tops of diet muffins. they come in a variety of flavor . you can toast them for a quick breakfast or nice snack. i believe they are about 100 calories.

Luckily JFK Airport in ny has a huge variety of food. Im flying out next thursday to go to florida. I plan on grabbing some dry cereal and a small juice. Thankfully my flight is at 6am so there really shouldnt be anything that tempting open at that hour anyway.

You better not skip your party!!! Find yourself some good shapewear. macys, walmart, fashionbug, there are plenty of stores that carry little things that help you nip and tuck away a little belly pouch if thats what you are worrying about.

I dont know if there is a community pool close to you but i would assume swimming might be a great substitute for a while. the release of pressure could probably be used as physical therapy as well.

I try and weigh in twice a week. Just as a reference for myself. My real weigh in days are wednesday mornings before i hit the gym. I try and hope on sunday nite just for the hell of it. But i tried weighing in everyday and it was giving me a serious complex so i had to stop.

I LOVE REDUCED FAT WHEAT THINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its 16 crackers per serving 130 calories. May i suggest some laughing cow lite creamy swiss cheese with them. Definetely one of my favorite snacks.

Dont be negative. we all go through our ups and downs. You need to dig deep and remind yourself that you are worth taking a few extra mins to look at the labels on things and making some you time to get to the gym or excercise anywhere you can. We have all been there. Do it for you!!

You can eat your exercise calories or just leave them. I dont eat them and consistently lose 2lbs a week. If you are eating and feel satisfied then most people will agree your fine and not to worry about it. especially if your already losing the weight
