  • So I just changed my setting from lightly active to active and it still says i should only consume 1200 calories/day to lose 1.9 pounds per week. Is that correct that i didnt change? Guess I just need to EAT MORE!!!

  • @Kelika... I do have my setting at lightly active since i work a sales job in retail and i am on my feet most of the day. Perhaps change it to the next level up in being "active"? Is this how i should understand the link you provided???
