Hey all!
Just looking for some suggestions....I have been sticking to my calorie guidelines (usually under my goal) and I work out 6, sometimes 7 days a week. I work my *kitten* off and in the past month, I have only lost 1 pound! I am open to any suggestions as to how I can get over this hump... Should I maybe start eating closer to my goal calories???? Is it that I am not eating enough to lose anymore because I most definately have more fat to shed! Thanks in advance for your suggestions! And I need new buddies haha!

have you taken your measurements lately? or noticed that your clothes are feeling loose? you could be losing inches and gaining muscle.0

If you're under your calorie goal you're eating too little. Same exact thing happened to me and I even went to a dietician for answers. She upped my calorie goal and told me to EAT more. So far so good! I'm hoping to see the numbers go down this week. Good luck to you!0

Yep!! I moved mine up from sedentary. According to MFP, that's how I should have it...as they claim most on here should be. But, according to the links my friend provided, the calculations show otherwise. Since I moved mine up, I'm losing like I should once again.0

I'll give it a go and see what happens! I hope this is the right answer! I will update in a couple weeks! Thank you!0

So I just changed my setting from lightly active to active and it still says i should only consume 1200 calories/day to lose 1.9 pounds per week. Is that correct that i didnt change? Guess I just need to EAT MORE!!!0

You're welcome. I was skeptical at first, too. If you use the links he posted in his thread, it'll give you a better idea of where your settings should be. MFP had mine too low.0

Taso has provided other links. I'd use them to calculate your caloric intake. I did that and still eat some to most of my exercise calories.0 -
