  • You can always see what you will weigh in 5wks with fitness pal, however, to low and you will go into starvation. Be careful and don't make goals that are to hard.
  • i would think maintaining, the rules are a little more grey. Its not just yes/no I can eat this., you now will have your sub conscious saying , "I'm at goal, i deserve this" mentality. That's just my opinion
  • I use Walden farms balsamic. It tastes decent, its available at my winn dixie, and bests part is that it is 0 calories for 2 tbsp. Gotta love it.
  • LOL . I say, if it keeps you motivated, but some things are better to just keep to yourself (no offense). As long as you think this way on a sub conscious basis, I think you have every right.
