Your rsults are amazing! I see that you started heavy weight lifting. I want to get into that as well. How did you start? Meaning, did you just jump into the free weights section of the gym head first, or did you start with a PT?

I have the New Balance N4. I got it off of Amazon for about $65.00. I LOVE this HRM. It tracks your HR (obviously) as well as time, calories burned and can save up to 5 workouts at a time. It comes with both a chest strap and a watch so you can see your HR throughout your workout. I highly recommend this HRM!

I almost always make veggie & chicken soup with the left overs. To be honest, I like the soup more then the chicken itself :) It's also a great way for me to use up some left over veggies that I have in the fridge before they go bad.

If you don't want to stay right in the city, you might want to look into staying in a town that is right on the MetroNorth train line.
