I am 5'7 and currently 138 pounds. I eat around 1,200 calories a day, give or take. And so far it has been working for me!

If you have time, try longer distance running! You don't have to run very fast, and I for one am guilty of stopping and walking a bit, but just getting to see places you have never seen before can be just the change you need!

Sometimes it just helps to get outside(: Going for runs, cycling, or even going for long walks with friends! Anything works! And for me, being outside keeps me from stuffing my face back at home... Hope this helps, it's sure helped me!

I can't even imagine kids saying that. I can't. But, obviously there are people out there who have no respect for others. I look up to anyone who is trying to accomplish their goals, and are trying their hardest to get there. If those kids don't understand that concept then one day they will have a rude awakening…
