I do my multi-vitamin, omega-3s and D both under my doctor's orders. My vitaminD actually gets low enough to alter my moods without it plus it's important in so many other areas.

Kelby008 speaks the truth. Plus those frozen meals are loaded with sodium, so not good for anyone in large quantities. On a very unrelated side note ... what a beautiful puppy face, Kelby008! :)

Honey. That makes it better. That's how I broke myself into eating it. Now I love it any way I can get it and won't touch "American" yogurt.
