  • I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond for less than $20. It's digital... Taylor brand Biggest Loser model $19.99 but I used a 20% off coupon so it was cheaper
  • I was the same way... I found out that I actually DO like a lot of veggies, just not cooked, they have to be raw (and some, I will only eat if I have some kind of dip)...potatoes are actually pretty good for you, leave the skin on and watch out for your toppings/add-ins... I understand about not liking something because of…

  • Why couldn't you take your smoothie and pour it into Popsicle molds (or whatever you use) and make Smoothie Pops? I've never done it, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
  • Like I said, being healthy is not hard, just inconvenient... one might actually have to plan ahead and prepare a meal themselves... it's just easier to go through the drive-thru.
  • Here in the 21st century, lack of nutrition education is a poor excuse. Even if they aren't teaching it in school (they did 10 years ago when I was in HS...it's called Health class) the information is right at your fingertips... each of us has to be proactive in doing what's best for our bodies. The internet can be a…
  • The answer is in the question... If it's a choice, then it's the consumer's responsibility. Now in the case of an overweight child, it's their parent's responsibility.
  • Not sure where you are but in California, if you quit without notice they aren't required to pay you until the next normal payday. Whereas if you were terminated they have (I THINK) 24 or 48 hours to pay you.
  • I've heard that baby slobber is good for fat loss...just apply to skin daily and it sort of just draws the fat to the surface where it evaporates into thin air (lol...thin air...get it?) I hope it's true because this kid drools about a gallon a day! I'm pretty sure I saw it on the Google so it must be true, right?
  • So then I should be ok if I go grab a donut with rainbow icing and unicorn poop sprinkles! AWESOMES!!!

  • I think this might be my favorite thread ever!
  • I may be new around here but I know sarcasm when I see it!
  • Arrowhead makes flavored sparkling waters that are delicious and not sweet. I like the Pomegranate flavor, but there's also Lemon, Lime, Orange, and Unflavored (so, just soda water) and you can usually find them on sale for like 75cents or so. I like these because for me, drinking soda isn't always about sweet, but more…

  • Thank you so much! You just reminded me, when you talked about Muscle Milk, that I used to get people to buy another brand (I used to work at a gas station, and we sold all kinds of those types of shakes). It's called Protein Rush, it has more protein and less fat, sugar, and carbs than Muscle Milk... plus it's cheaper!…
  • Yes, I know this...I used to work at Staples. There were teachers that would take advantage and try to supply 150 students (probably middle school or high school) What I was saying was simply that if you were able to supply you class forn$30, that's roughly $1/student....then there's no reason the parents cant afford to…
  • When I was in school, my mom would watch for ads for BTS stuff from Wal-Mart, K-mart, staples...everywhere! It's not like the school year sneaks up on you...and we weren't rich but at some point between all those stores you can find pens/pencils, notebooks, crayons, and paper for spare change...of course we never had…

  • Ive been keeping my eye on him... its been a couple weeks now and he hasn't done anything since. And he only peer on the caraway and not any of the other baby stuff so I doing know if maybe the baby's diaper leaked and the cat was trying to cover up the smell?
  • I have 2 cats! 'Charlie' is 17 pounds and is a PITA... he's a year old and is very jealous of my new baby...he's peed in the carseat twice... I told him "one more time...if you pee or poop anywhere that's not your litter box and you're going outside" Then there's 'Lucy'...she's a sweetheart, but she won't do anything…
  • Thanks gals! I feel so blessed to have my little man in my life and I really want to be here for him forever (well, at least until I'm very old). I don't want him to remember ever having a fat mom, that's why I'm so motivated to get healthy before I'm 30. And its so much more than just the number on the scale, its about…
