I have lost 82 lbs in 5 months, I still have another 42 lbs to go. I have no signs of loose skin. The bottom line is, it;s better to have loose skin than 125 lbs of extra fat!!! Good Luck

I tend to eat pretty much anything I want (Although I have not had Fast Food or soda in 5 months) I just do much better with portion control. Instead of 2 bowls of cereal I have 1, instead of 2 bowls of pasta I have 1, and my portion sizes are normal sizes where 5 months ago 1 bowl would be 3 servings and having 2 bowls…

I had a rough time last week, anf someone told me you can't undo all your work in a couple of days. In essence just keep going even if you have a few consecutive rough days. Keep up the good work!!!:smile:

Welcome, biggest thing I think is to make Water your new favorite drink. Exercise and weight Loss go hand in hand. Log everything you eat It gets easier every day. Take measurements they are a bigger indicator of success than the scale. Weight lifting is very very important so make it part of your daily routine. Good Luck!!

On Sunday I made tuna with a little mayo and put it on top of 1/2 a plain bagel topped with velveeta cheese. 360 Calories and it was really good......

I always find that I get hungry after dinner if I eat a lot of carbs....try eating a yogurt or an orange if you get really hungry.:smile:

If you look on good you can find pictures in success stories, I have lost 70 lbs and with a shirt on and off I can see I have lost a lot of weight , but to me I look in the mirror and still wonder when will my stomach look like a normal persons stomach, I guess I still have a lot more fat to lose. I take my cell phone with me everywhere, and I even answer it at the gym. There are rules against it at the gym , but I own my own business and I am the sole support person so I can not miss any phone calls.....

Make an appointment with your doctor, otherwise try stretching you upper body before you get on the treadmill. I used to get chest pains which have magically disappeared with a little weight loss, every time I went to my doctor he said it's not your heart just your musclse in that area....Keep up the good work!!!

For me it was not words, it was going on an amusement ride down at the beach with my son only to have to get of the ride because I was to big for the safety harness to close.
