I have an older brother who showed no interest in losing weight and As everyone kept complimenting me on my weight loss he suddenly joined the gym. What I am getting to is lead by example and hopefully she will follow. Keep up the good work!!!

Great Job!!! I just got over my almost 3 week plateau and can def say its frustrating but the way I look at it is staying the same weight is better than gaining 10 lbs. Keep up the good work!!

Your Diary is not public, however I have read so many different things about your exercise calories..I say to each his own to me it does not make sense to just eat more because you have extra calories, I do not , some do but it;s good to know they are there. Good Luck

You can try eating some nuts an hour before your meal apparently they will help you get full faster , also try to add an extra side of veggies for you for dinner.

Driving 5 hours today, I will be in 3 maybe 4 different restaurants today and try to eat as healthy as possible, then I have to pick up kids from daycare eat dinner and then go to gym!!!!!

I stopped eating fast foods and stopped drinking anything but water( No No Soda). Other than that I eat regular foods and Occasionally will eat a little dessert.:smile:

MFP lets you really see what you are eating if you are religious to it, Coupled with exercise you should reach that goal faster than you think. My biggest thing I stopped eating fast food and stopped drinking anything but water..............Welcome and Good Luck!!!!

I noticed the difference in my clothes after a month, While everyone says my stomach is shrinking I do not see that yet, however after month two I definitley noticed my face was thinner,,,,,,,Keep up the good work!!!
