I gave up sweets for 40 days, and I can tell you it is difficult. If you MUST have chocolate try some dark chocolate, and try it in something like a protein bar. I actually bought a Back to Basics, WAY cheaper and fantastic. I use frozen fruit insetad of ice, but I do need to let it defrost slightly before I blend, but it is fantastic. My only complaint is that I have to use a straw to drink it or else I cannot get any smoothie out.
