Well, when I work out, I'm not hungry. I eat mostly fruits and veggies and I just don't get to log or finish logging on those days. I've learned to only eat when you're hungry, so if my stomach isn't growling, then I don't eat.

Thanks for the tips! And I am a vegetarian, so I get my protein from beans and peanut butter mostly. And no, I'm not still getting dizzy. Those recipes are great and I've already copied and pasted them! Thank you guys and I'll try to eat more.

Better foods? I'm pretty much on an all veggie, fruit, and protein diet. How do I get better than that?
