I think I need to eat more.
I have yet to reach my full calorie intake. Today, I had about 700 calories and that was it. I also do the 30 day shred and I'm very active throughout the day. I feel pretty good and I'm drinking lots of water. This doesn't leak over into the 'unhealthy way' does it?

I feel dizzy and weak.
I'm on day 6 of my diet. I almost passed out doing my workout today. I'm trying to stay on pretty much a fruits and veggies diet with some whole grain and protein thrown in. But I'm really not feeling good. What am I missing?
