I feel dizzy and weak.

I'm on day 6 of my diet. I almost passed out doing my workout today. I'm trying to stay on pretty much a fruits and veggies diet with some whole grain and protein thrown in. But I'm really not feeling good.
What am I missing?

Your diary is closed but my guess is you aren't eating enough.

Dunno. Are you drinking enough water and eating enough calories? Are you medically cleared to exercise? Open your diary.
  • Oh sorry. It's open.

I would say by looking at today's food diary, you're simply not consuming enough calories, especially if you are also exercising.

Editing to add: You need to drink more water! :)
  • Sounds like you might be low on iron? Especially if you're not eating a lot/only eating mostly fruit & veg. Maybe see your doctor/try iron supplements.
  • I'm doing the 30 Day Shred right now. I just don't know what to eat where I won't go overboard on calories. I feel like I've eaten so much today though,.

Based on what you logged today, you definitely need to eat more protein. There are a ton of threads on this site about wonderful things to eat yet stay under your calorie goal. Browse around a little. Check out the recipes board.

Yes protein is key when you work out - 2 percent cottage cheese in the individual packs, greek yogurt, chicken, sea food, ground turkey, even sirloin strip steak. You can't go without protein if you are working out. Good luck!

I'd go with not eating enough or not enough water.

Also, 30 day shred burns way more than 93 calories. Try entering it as circuit training.

I agree. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and I log it as circuit training. My HRM gives me a calorie burn of anywhere from 171 to 200 calories, depending on what shred level I'm on.
