I use my Wii Fit a lot.. But if you can't afford that, try doing some exercise videos on youtube! They're free, full-length videos. Some of them are really fun, but they are definitely tiring. Working out actually feels great...it's the getting yourself to do it part that's a drag!

I started out with 1200 calories as well, but I always felt hungry and unsatisfied.. So I upped my caloric limit to 1350 and I seem to be doing much better at that. Still losing weight at a steady pace! (and I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day at work)

As long as you eat around 1200 or more a day, on average, feel free to add me! I'm non-judgmental, but I do like to give advice when needed. I used to be anorexic in my early teens, and I still struggle with it to this day. So I personally can't handle looking at diaries seeing only 900 calories consumed on a daily basis.…

I don't agree with that one bit. Making your spouse jealous on purpose is only asking for problems. If my husband were to do that to me, our marriage would probably end faster than it would if we just simply weren't having sex. Fixing one problem with another does nothing but create TWO problems. Just sayin'...

Look at pictures before your weight-loss, compared to pictures of you now. That helps soooo much in finding where you're losing the weight. Most people seem to lose in the face first, and then gradually in other areas.

One method that my counselor introduced me to, and has worked really well for me, is to count to 50 slowly. Also, listening to happy music while getting ready in the morning seems to help for some reason! I still have a lot of anxiety, but when doing both the things I mentioned, it doesn't seem to be quite as severe. PS.…

Exercise can make it late. I wouldn't worry if you're just a week late, if there's no chance of pregnancy. You could skip an entire month. It happens to everyone. I wouldn't worry unless it stays away too long.

I weigh myself once a week, typically every Saturday at noon. Anything more than that, and I find myself discouraged. It's like my end of the week treat! :)
