Hi! I do WW too. I am finding that I like the added benifit of counting calories and knowing where I stand in my day with the nutrition and so on to be a benifit. MFP has rounded out my weight loss journey. I sent you a friend request.

I have picked 25 lb losses for my small goals so I don't lose interest and I stay motivated. I started losing weight in april and I have already lost 18.5 lbs, to me that is a big victory.
