My favorite is the blush wines, White Zin and such. I don't usually serve it with anything. I'm big on getting a glass of wine and sitting back to read a book. Sadly we haven't been able to afford it in months. But I get it on special occasions now.

I had honey meade yesterday and yes I'm drinking 40s tomorrow (post-therapy, need to forget). Nothing wrong with it as long as you're careful.

Before I gained weight I had only one exercise: dancing. I went to the goth club twice a week and danced for nearly three hours straight with minor breaks to smoke a cigarette and have a quick drink (totaling to 4-5 breaks). Hmm, well, right now I'm never satisfied with my body or how I look. But I had one night a year ago before I gained more weight were I fit into this sexy dress, I was satisfied then. I think satisfaction comes and goes.

I had to look at your post because of your username. Werewolves rock! Anyway, it's great that you lost all that weight! That's something to be proud of! It might be that your stuck because your body needs to adjust to the weight loss. I'm new to the weight loss thing so that's all i can think of. :smile:

I had the gastric bypass instead of lap-band (in 2009). I lost a lot faster than you seem to. (I was down 175 pounds in a year and a half). You really have to be careful of your portions. I agree with the above, let others see your food diary and then ask questions on it.

I have PCOS too, and it keeps my libido pretty low. But I notice when I lost a lot of weight a couple years I was one randy girl, having one night stands all over the place. Then I met my husband and, well, getting married curbed my libido and now it's an occasional jump in wanting sex.

i only smoke weed while drinking, I don't get munchies but it makes me want to drink more so I'm getting a lot of useless calories.

I used to, before gastric-bypass. I was around 65. Now I'm 28.2. Don't worry hun, you will so get down. You can do it!

The body knows when it needs to adjust. That's what plateaus are for. Your body is forming it's new self after all you've lost! But make sure you're getting enough calories for your height and weight, oddly sometimes you have to eat a little more to lose.

Totally agree with the lifestyle thing. I eat mostly what I want, within reason, and if that means splurging a little for a special occasion then that's okay.

I don't eat anything before my workout. After I guzzle water like crazy, then in about 30 minutes I eat lunch.
