I log my whole day in the morning as my menu plan for the day. It takes 5min tops then all I have to do is stick to the plan. I update it if something changed or if I feel like keeping track of my water for the day. but other than that 5min and I'm done.

you may want to get your hands on a book called Starting Strength the 3rd edition by Mark Rippetoe. the Kendal version is just under 10$ right now. it walks you though barbell basics in such a comprehensive way after reading it you'll be a fountain of knowledge! lol no really it is great book!!

I weigh in every morning. I record it in an app called libra. Libra puts your weight on a chart so you can see what your moving average, (your true weight) is. that way fluctuation don't alarm me and I spot trends easily and very quickly.

Let yourself have some of the things your craving, dont fight it. Just try to keep it with in your calories. Dont even think about the bloat it will drop right back off, you know that.

HRM are really just for cardio so the weights and leaving it on while walking from one place to another could be throwing off your #'s quite a bit. if you want a good picture of how much your body burns in a day look into a titbit or bodybug they are meant to be worn for 24hr.

the machines at the gym that tell you how many calories are burned are way off!! My Fitness Pal is a little better but the best way to tell how many calories you burned is to wear a heart rate monitor. you can usually find one on Amazon fairly cheap.

I can only speak for myself. I have a medium frame and fairly athletic build. Ive been down to 125 really I think that's perfect for me. I think at 120 I'd likely lose my athletic look and I take a lot of pride in my muscles, Id hate to lose them.

I like to mix it up. I love some of the classes offered at my gym. I also love trail runs, mountain biking, ect . Big fan of variety! that said in the winter I do find myself in a pretty solid routine 90% of which is in the gym.

You'll get better! For now just normal jacks are fine. when you lose your way in the cardio just run inplace .And yes coordination will improve as your fitness improves.
