Yeah im not about to stop insanity yet. Ill probably grow tired of it in a few months but for now I do love it! Im not the type who hates cardio at all. I just need to switch it up every so often. I am sore this morning but by tonight may be a different story. I guess I'll just play it by ear.

If you have a hard time checking it yourself with a watch you could always go to the drug store and slip your arm into a blood pressure cuff see if it gives a similar reading... I believe most will show your heart rate as well as pressure.

Some people are fine with three meals a day some are not. I know Im not! I eat every two to three hours. I need snacks or I'll over eat when meal time does come around. It doesn't matter how many times a day or even what time a day you eat. Dont worry about it so much, just have confidence your doing the right thing for…

When I was 200lbs had you told me I'd one day be 125 I would have laughed for days then probably told it would be unhealthy for me to be that small lol. But I did see all my smaller goals. When I was 200 I knew I could get to 175. Once I was 175 I could see 155 I just kept going like that.

Yep mine are gone baby gone! But mine were never spectacular to begin with so ill take being fit and trim over boobs. maybe some day ill get a boob job, probably not thou. Lol

I'm not a fan of face or neck tats. I do however like large covrage, full sleeves or socks. I don't have any myself but I am wanting a large side piece. Go big or go home! However I'm going to be very picky about the artist so who knows how long it will be before I'm able to get it done.

As to not upset your tummy you might want to wait 30min before doing strength and 1hr before strenuous cardio. but other than that you should be fine. And even then its personal preference, some people cramp up easier than others.

me! I'm also in Colorado :) I have 5lbs left to loose then my focus is shifting to going heavy (heavy- lifting that is )

I just started with walking, then I did short videos. I could force myself to do 20min no matter how bad I hated it. it was only 20min. as soon as I started seeing results I liked working-out a lot more lol. the results made it addictive. and before I knew it I was a gym rat and loving every minute of it!!

I do both. I love my gym classes the people Ive meet and the fun I've had the way I push myself in a group setting and the correction on form you cant get from a dvd's but its not always possible to get to the gym so I'll pop in p90x or do Nike training club as a sub. they all work me but each has its own thing to offer. I…

I also shopped a lot at thrift stores and GoodWill while I was loosing. I told myself I'd buy really nice staples when I got to goal size as a reward. but in the middle I sought out the cheapest I could find to get me though.

Yep. Me :) I'm 5'4" cw 132. My goal weight 125ish. I'm trying to focus more on the measurement then the scale.. I'd like to be at a 26.5" waist.

The gym became my salvation! that hour of me time kept me going back regularly lol. That might be difficult for you though. Really all you need is a calorie deficit but getting a decent deficit without a workout might be challenging. 20 min videos can help. Check out you tube or Pinterest.

Mine are typically around $40. Ive bought $120+ pairs before they just hurt my feet. Flat, minamilist & cheap have kept my planters fasciitis at bay. But I trail run more than road run. And I dont run daily... to each his own.

I have an app called gymrat, you can plug in your own workouts and it will track it and your progress... it also comes with a number of plans.

No, not really. I dont believe in saying anything is off limits. I often tell people I eat clean, because I have very little processed food and look for the most nutritionally dense food I can find. But some people with take clean to mean no breads, alcohol, and the list can go on on. Thats certainly not me. lol. I say…

In all 74lb over about a 2 year time frame. I came to mfp to mantaine. As the food logging was so much easier then the site I was with. However I've found mantaince a bit tougher then i thought and am now back to trying to lose my stubborn last 10. I'll get there though :-)

You look great and you've done fantastic on weight loss and muscle gain!!! I lost 74lb and have a bit of lose skin on my belly. I admire your honesty, I know how hard it can be to show people. time well tell how much of the loose skin is here to stay But being fit is by far the most important thing!! Thank you for sharing…

125. I'm medium frame and have an athletic build. 125 puts me at about 18-15% body fat. Im pretty happy there. just trying to stay there has been a challenge lol. But i will this new year for sure!!

Im almost near lol, ( about to turn 35.) Ive got to say I really dont buy the myth that age slows you down. One of my greatest mentors and inspirations is a 53 years young group instructor\nurse who can work me like you would not believe!!!! She completed the though mudder in Copper CO with her 24 year old daughter a year…

My first goal weight was just a number I thought would be good for me. I honestly wasn't sure I'd make that goal back then so I just said 45 lighter. Once I made thst goal I knew I could go further. So I went for 10 more... made that goal and then switch gears. it became more about fitting comfortably into my favorite…
