Thanks guys! I think your right. I'll just stick to the one. sounds like we may not lift together today anyway. I'm still feeling a bit under the weather and I pushed myself pretty hard last night so... yeah one is probably a better plan.

For myself... Every morning before breakfast. I put the weight into an app called Libra, it tracks my weight as a moving average so the daily fluctuations don't phase me and I have a better idea of my true weight.

I've had cardio kill my appetite before. if your making it up on rest days its probably not that much of a problem. working with weekly avrages is a common strategy .
