Drink lots of water, I also drink Diet Cokes( I know they are not healthy) and that way I feel full with 0 calories. Don't eat from the vending machine, pack your own snacks and you need to eat more protein and less carbs and sugars. We are human, that's why. What I do is save some calories and have a a piece of chocolate once in a while. I love chocolate, I just can't give it all up.LOL

Water is not my favorite thing but i drink SOBE waters and add flavor to it, to make it easier to drink.
