  • If you really want to scream, try to find low sodium foods at a restaurant. Even the salads often don't qualify. Sometimes the only item on the menu that is < 250 mg of sodium is the fruit plate. There is absolutely NO REASON for an entree to have 2500 mg of sodium in it.
