Exactly! Skinny people can still be unhealthy and have diabetes and heart disease. You will be better off in the long run if you learn to eat healthy and nutritious.

Don't get too frustrated. I was steadily losing weight and hit a plateau. Been stuck at the same weight for over a month now. I have been using it as practice for when I need to maintain my weight. You can try upping your protein and fiber intake and monitoring your sodium. I will say though I lost a pant size over this…

My trainer says to wear rubber bands or bracelets on one hand for ever glass you want to drink. as you drink a glass you move the bracelets or band to the other hand. Having them on your wrist where you will see them is a good reminder.

Mine do it to and I asked my Chiropractor who specialized in sports about it and he said it was normal. If it starts to hurt though I would get it checked out.
