I have gained a few kilos not keeping track of my meals, change in thyroid prescription n doses although i kept active. Moral of the story, count your calories, watch what you eat.   • Wow! Feb flew away! Glad to share am down nearly 2 kgs approx 4 lbs. The secret trick : started on vit D sachets once a week. Yoga is back in my life.
