  • I actually just ordered a heart rate monitor so im just waiting on it to come in now :) hopefully it will be easier for me to see what i need to do when i know my exact numbers. Thanks i really appreciate the help!

  • Thanks for the tips! I am going to try to set it to public so maybe you guys can help me more. I am actually doing p90x but i dont have the nutrition. A friend told me about this site so i thought it might help and i think if i can get it figured out then it will be lots of help. if any of you guys can continue to help…
