If it was easy everybody would be doing it. Man up and get whats yours. I always tell myself, "If I work harder or keep doing what I'm doing how would I look like in a year?" If your consistent with your diet and training the results will come. The best investment you can make is investing in yourself. It's blood sweat and…

I say no. Don't listen to this 1200 cal crap. Theres no cookie cutter default cals. Start off at 1800cals weigh your self every day when you wake up. Take the average of week. If you gained weight cut 100-200 cals. or up your cardio. Rinse and repeat

How long has he been counting calories? If he's counting calories on a daily basis what are his current calories for the day? When I do peoples macros I looks at their body fat percentage their weight and height.

Carb cycling does work. I wouldn't carb cycle until you hit a major plateau in your weight loss. As for carbs, you have to play with it see what works best for you.

If your under your caloric needs you will lose weight. Calories in and calories out. It's really that simple

I personally do it when I bump up my cardio sessions and there is no change. I usually decrease by 50-100 calories
-
When I hit a plateau I like to play around with my carbs. I usually up my carbs by 20%. If all else fails you should add in high intensity interval training.

Sounds like my life. I'm on contest prep and all my friends eat super dirty. I somehow find pleasure watching them eat. I know that sounds weird.

Makes sense. If it works keep doing it. Simple enough

I make alcohol fit into my diet. I make sure to save calories for those days. I typically go for Michelob Ultra or a nice jack and diet coke

It's hard to identify the problem with your desired weight loss because your calories aren't constant. 1500-2000 is a wide range to truly know what caloric intake you're intaking for the week. Be more consistent on your calorie counting. As for cardio it seems like your are doing a good amount. The case may be calories are…

It' all depends on how much muscle mass you already have. My suggestion is to gain weight slowly no more that .5 pounds a week. I say don't rely on weight go by how you look in the mirror. If your gaining to much fat go on 1 month mini cuts.

Wow nicely done. Keep shredding away gurly.

I say keep your calories as high as possible. Go for low intensity cardio like a brisk walk on the treadmill or elliptical. Go for 15 mins at least 2-3 times a week. If your start losing weight keep at it, if not add 5 more mins. It's all about consistency and seeing how your body reacts to different activities.

Nice progress. Keep it up brotha
