I eat pickles... Pickles basically have no calories. Or sometimes I eat sugar free jello which also has little to no cals.

Just a question? How often do you drink sodas or any soft drinks? It's amazing how much weight you can lose on by cutting little things out. You should incorporate some kind of resistant training to your workouts. That should do the trick.

Interesting read. I believe that obesity is caused by poor lifestyle chooses with the exception of people who have thyroid problems. Eat more food than your body needs = fat gain. Simple enough

I have decent abs... What actually made my abs put on mass were squats and deadliest. As for isolations I found the that leg raises and weighted crunches worked the best for me.

40P 40c and 20? I think you miss understood the information. Those numbers mean Protein and carbs and fat ratio's. What worked well for me was the 40/40/20 ratio. 110 pounds and trying to lose 5 more? You seem skinny enough

As of right now I'm at 65g fat 325g carbs and 160g protein. I'm reverse dieting slowly gaining back muscle I lost from my contest prep. Eat more food = :) Also I weight train 6 days a week.

This is very normal when it comes to water weight. When I go past my normal sodium intake my weight usually varies around 4-7 pounds. It's amazing how much water your body can store.

Keep your calories as high as possible. I say stop eating back your calories. When you hit a plateau throw in some cardio. If you start weight training I would decrease your fat intake and up your carb intake while keeping your caloric goal the same. Easy enough.

Expect 2-4 pounds initial weight gain in the first week. Expect your gym performance to increase and energy level to increase as well. Bulking is so much fun.

Don't crash diet. Slow and steady wins the race. Keep your calories as high as possible. Chose a diet that best fits your lifestyle. When you first start dieting ask your self if you can sustain it for more then 3 months. If you cant chose a different diet.

Lol you're right. I mis read what she posted. I though she said she was burning 2000 cals per exercise session.

I'm on a legs, push, pull, routine. My cals are 2600 Macros ranges are 60-70 fats 280-300g carbs 140-180g p. I'm currently reverse dieting.

How do you know you burn 2000-2400 cals in the gym? 2000 calorie burn is very high almost like running for an hour in a half with moderate to high intensity. I think your over estimating you calories burned in the gym.
