Macros - IIFYM HELP!!

Hi there, I'm totally confused what macros I should follow to lose about 5 lbs (weight and fat). I'm recovering from an eating disorder and some sites are telling me 40p/40c/20f, some telling 50/30/20, and some20/30/50....which do I follow to lose weight and fat? I'm 5'0, 110 lbs, and 34 years old.

    40P 40c and 20? I think you miss understood the information. Those numbers mean Protein and carbs and fat ratio's. What worked well for me was the 40/40/20 ratio. 110 pounds and trying to lose 5 more? You seem skinny enough

    I'm 5'1", 105 pounds now, maintaining. I think you probably need at least 88g protein (depends on your body fat %- 88 is for 20%, as your body fat % goes down, you will need more protein), at least 35g fat. Use whatever percentages get you those numbers, then think of them as minimum requirements. The rest of your calories can go straight to carbs, or add extra to protein and fat. Whatever you prefer.
