My advice is to work out! The more u exercise, the more carbs you can eat!!! That's what I eventually gave into.. Because I couldn't deal without them.

Skinny NSA frozen frappes.. Skim milk and this chocolate squeeze stuff that has zero anything I don't know what's in it but it's probably gonna give us cancer! It looks like a mio squeeze.. If u have a blender just add coffee, ice, skim milk, and a squirt of this stuff! Skinny Mocha frap!

It's been 5 years and this year I've been able to eat pretty much without so much thought.. But I'm very active also.. I've spent the years working up to a great metabolism.. I burn at least 500 cals a day, it's rare when I don't. And when you've been at it as long as I have, you calculate everything in your head.

During my loss, I went to froyo once a week! I got the no sugar added flavor, no matter what it was, and the Mochi topping!! I still get the enjoyment of going out to froyo and the healthier you get, the more you enjoy the healthier kind and not the candy stuff

I beat this by going to sleep early.. For 2 years I went to bed at 8pm.. It was actually pretty awesome! This is the opposite for me, my metabolism has changed so much that when I eat the things I used to, I don't bloat and gain the way I used to.. But I can't really eat the way I used to either.. Unless Aunt Flo is visiting, then I just feel bloated anyway so I just attribute it all to that!
